I just cut out 2 perfect reusable stencils using plastic cutting mats (2 for 0.99). Used deep cut blade and plastic canvas material setting. You can cut four 5x7 stencils out of each mat.

9:00 - So I haven't tried this yet, but from what I've seen, Mylar is another good material to choose in Cricut Design Space

You can use 7 mil with reg fine point blade with mylar. Select mylar on cricut machine.

Would this stencil work for screen printing? I drag the ink across a silk screen.. do you think the easy tack is strong enough to adhere and not allow ink to seep over the edges?

Hi Becca! I'm searching high and low and can't seem to find an answer. (I hope I'm not jumping the gun as I'm typing this while watching your video!) But I'm trying to find out if it's possible to make reuseable stencils on the Cricut Joy using mylar/acetate/ stencil film. I haven't found answer regarding the Joy. Happen to know? I really need reuseable stencils but I wasnt sure if the Joy could cut something that thick..
