This scene is so heartbreaking. Kate's love for Jack is so obvious. And he makes the most beautiful smile when he hears the words 'I love you'. He knows the sincerity in her love declaration. It was always Jack all along and he died knowing he was the one Kate was in love with.

This scene is awesome because Jack and Kate finally cut all the shit and are totally, one hundred percent honest with each other. Also, it's an on screen shot of Kate vocalizing her feelings for Jack. Did you see his face? It was such sweet relief to hear her say it. It was what he was waiting for for six seasons and three years. Also I love that in that moment the camera and Kate didn't give a hoot about Sawyer. It was all about Jack, something that it had never before been.

This was the perfect ending for these two. Just so much chemistry, drama, tension built up in this couple to just let out their true feelings at the very end. Definitely in my top 5 favorite tv couples :')

This is such a beautiful scene. One of the most moving in the show's history. I was always a massive Jack/Kate fan. From the very first episode, it was always those two. Watching it live, I sobbed my little heart out. The most perfect on screen couple.

I can't watch this without crying, "Tell me I'm gonna see you again, " that line is so heartbreaking. Then when she (finally) says "I love you" its so emotional cause she says it with so much emotion and then he smiles cause he's wanted to hear that for so long.
UGH I love this show, it was perfect.

0:55 probably the most cathartic moment in the series. The two rivals finally accepting each other and shaking hands. Jack even calls him James. What an incredible scene.
