Love ❤️ this talk. It is allowed to talk about love in the scientific field. Some people do not interact with our family bc we are from mainland China. Our ward leader’s family, Amy, Emma and Bentley and our minster family, the Taylors share lots of ❤️ with our family.

This was actually really cool, and that study with the rabbits...dang. It really makes you think about what impact your words and actions might have on other people.

This inspired me to read the book The Rabbit Effect. This is fascinating stuff and so critical for all of us to know and to live. The book points out that the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet are not just the food, but the fellowship and community in which meals are eaten surrounded by loved ones, family and friends. Having a caring support network is crucial to our wellbeing in every sense of the word. I am so grateful for loving family - both biologically and my church family. Thank you for this talk!

Kindness, inclusion, and civility..
a foundation upon which to restore and maintain world peace; first, in our homes... next in our schools and at work; and, always, within our communities. With the sure knowledge we now have--as a result of things like the internet and the pandemic--we have a greater understanding of just a few ways our lives can touch each other. It stands to reason, how we think about and treat each other will do the same for good when we choose to make it so.

Thank you for posting this video here! I had this session recorded, but for some reason, the network cut out for the majority of this talk... thank you for posting this here so that I could hear it in it’s entirety, as I truly believe that there were things that I needed to hear! 💗🙏🏻

❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 We are all the same person experiencing life in a bunch of different bodies which means that every person that you meet is really YOU living in another body!!! You see, you are interacting with YOURSELF at all times and once you realize this you can achieve UNITY✨🙏✨

I've been asked to teach a priesthood lesson on this talk. I found myself considering "who are my enemies?" A second grader came home to announce what he learned in school, "mom, did you know a man can marry a man?". A 14 year old was given marijuana by friends. The use led to addiction and psychosis. The boy will never fully recover and will need medication and parental involvement for the rest of his/their lives. A 16 year old girl became pregnant and the mother of the boy took the girl to get an abortion without speaking to the girl's parents. A number of members donated to prop 8 in CA. When their employers found out they lost employment. Are there any enemies in these incidents? Joseph Smith and Jesus Christ had more than their share of enemies. If we have no enemies we may not be doing as much good as we could be doing. There is a lesson in how to react to enemies and situations in this talk. I fear we will have a lot of need for this lesson in coming months and years.

Great talk, I especially like the hint of science with concepts around neuralplasticity and epigentics. I spent some time on a proselyting mission in Japan under Elder Stevenson's divine guidance and leadership. One questions though: why is The Church monetizing this channel?
