Great, I don't know if the case of brownout MOSFET we may have a short circuit, but if yes, we'll have shorted battery.

Might use a better soldering iron with more flux, the solder joint looks like cold

Probably better to use a 4.7k or 5.1k resistor in place of the 1k resistor

This only works for p-channel MOSFETs.
