Simple mosfet tester circuit

Hello friends, today in this video i have shown how to make a simple mosfet tester using less components.

Components required for this project:-

220 ohm resistor
Led (any color)
Female header connector
9V battery
9V battery connector

Sure this is Nice but One can test a FET With a Fairly good DMM Better but not faster. And with out the circuit, using a 9 V battery to slam the gate on and measuring even with an ohm meter. All Fact revealed this project is great for many and newer to electronics!

In my testing/checking MOSFETs using Multi-meter, when the gate is charged, why some MOSFETs (N-channel & P-channel), the drain to source let us say 0.002 or less my meter reads, others starts with more higher like 0.435 and running up as fast as a second or half a second until showing infinite? Discharged test is working (no reading on drain to source). What does it mean? Does all MOSFETs behave like that?

You made the assumption that the electrodes are Gate, Drain, Source from left to right. That isn't always the case. For example, with the common 2N7000 the Gate is connected to the middle lead.
