Hamas fires 'large rocket barrage' at Tel Aviv | DW News

The armed wing of the Palestinian militant group Hamas says it has launched what it describes as a 'large rocket barrage' towards Israel. Warning sirens were heard in the Israeli coastal city of Tel Aviv.

President of icj is a former Lebanese diplomat who was regularly criticizing and voting against Israel. He should have recused himself. All icj proceedings are visited. DW should have reported this critical fact while reporting icj's directions.
