That’s the only way I can describe what eating this Tuscan spaghetti with scallops is like. White wine + butter + sundried tomatoes + garlic = happiness. Easily swap scallops for shrimp or leave out altogether if you aren’t a seafood eater. Regardless, you are going to love this dish. Enjoy!

I hate to tell you this but you never never never put oil in water when you're making noodles cuz then the sauce it just runs off the noodles just use salt

A few tips; Don’t use butter like you did for frying. As you saw it burnt, a lot. Just use oil at the start, and put the butter in a minuet before you take the scallops out. That’s called basting. And also learn how to brunoise, will save a lot of time
