Is donor state means the same as conduction band or valence band ?

Question: can you use the USB port of that power supply module to power the breadboard? I have heard it has a female USB connector, but I do have a male to male USB cable to solve this. In short: I want to use the USB port of my computer or cell phone power bank to power my breadboard. I have heard that the USB port of the power module is meant for a power output for like powering an Arduino, etc. (and the black part of it is the input) but can it be used as a power input in practice? Btw. where does that black cable come from in your video that is powering the module, an adapter from AC or?

How important is the forward currwnt on a varactor diode? I need a spare what is obsolent so digikey told me an other model but it has 20mA instead of 250mA..could i usw that varactor? It's used for ans usb port for the aignal lines to the stm32 in an rc transmitter
