I had a small aneurysm when wolf closed the bolt on the MP40 thinking it was needed to make the gun shoot. Still loving the video and all the silliness of this funny wolf!
Have a great day/night y'all!

I love this game. The guns feel great, the attachment system allows for a LOT of player creativity, and the story genuinely got a chuckle out of me a few times.

Plus, I'm a sucker for grenade launchers. And you can put them on everything.

Even grenade launchers.

Story Spoilers ahead for Zero Caliber ONE!

So. Essentially, the story of ZC 1 went like this. You start out in the streets of Chicago, on a search for civilians after a group known as the Tlalokki (whom is a cultist group worshipping a god known as Tlalok) invaded the US under a clean water crisis, where, to my knowledge, the US was very low on their supply of clean water, and the Tlalokki felt a need, and god-given right, to take all this water for themselves. Throughout the story, your main objective is to flush the Tlalokki out of key areas in the US, and you learn about a quarter of the way through that they are planning to make some "weapon" from a scientist you were trying to save. He tells you over a voice recorder that there's a blueprint for this weapon at the Water Purification Plant of Chicago. Upon raiding the plant, you find that it is not a weapon, but is in fact something to do with the water crisis. Then you do some one off missions, one raiding a base in the Sonoran Desert in Arizona, another raiding a meteorological station in the mountains which was invaded by the Tlalokki, and a third, leading into the final section of the campaign, being that some allies are fighting a massive battle and that the Tlalokki are bombing a certain area. You are called in to help and retrieve Intel from a bunker on the other end of the field. This Intel points you in the direction of an old military base in the Rocky Mountains which is now under the control and usage of the Tlalokki. This base is also their HQ, where Tlalok himself is believed to be holed up. So, you raid this base, and it turns out there is a massive amount of clean water in the facility, absolutely EVERYWHERE. Tanks and tanks and tanks full of the stuff. As you move deeper, you start seeing boxes of OSA equipment. It can only be assumed that this used to be an old OSA facility, but a lot of the crates are unopened, leading to the assumption that there is a traitor in the ranks of the OSA. It is eventually revealed that Dahlia, the girl who has spoken to you this whole time, IS the traitor, and has been a double agent for the whole time she's been in the OSA as an informant. You go deeper into the base and shut off the security system, attempting to redirect the water supply under the base into OSA hands, but it fails and ends up being a trap. Dahlia comes over the radio and essentially confirms that she is the traitor, that she was Tlalokki from the very start, and that the USA is the cause of this water crisis. She talks about how Tlalok is the only leader to save everyone, and then signs off for the last time. Then, in a race against "the clock" (though it's never actually timed) you must cut off the supply of the now poisonous gas filling up the whole place. The final mission has you moving through this labyrinth of gates and eventually you reach the one where Tlalok himself is, and the doors he is currently behind holds the controls of the gas supply. You must kill him to gain access, and so that's what you do. Tlalok is actually a combat robot, apparently, and is a pretty difficult boss. He takes about 400 LMG rounds to kill, if not more. But once you kill him, you press two buttons, cut off the gas, and that's the end of the campaign. You killed Tlalok, but Dahlia still runs free. This game picks up some years later I believe. No more spoilers, enjoy the game!

This seems to have some really great controls, you never struggled with anything and it was all just natural. Even throwing a grenade, first time throwing something, no retry, and got it perfect? And as soon as you think about how to reload dual pistols, you immediately figure out how to do it on the first try? Or biting off the pin of the grenade? It takes some realistic and responsive controls for that to work
