In the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, la Rue de Bretagne holds a large flea market twice a year, in spring and fall. 500 or so stores, both professional and amateur, gather there, so it was a very interesting event. Unfortunately, the rain and cold weather made me lose focus halfway through the event, but I'm glad I was able to pick up my favorites again.

bonsoir, sympa la vidéo. Je vais rarement dans les brocantes professionnelles car les prix sont bien élevés mais il faut reconnaitre que les produits sont beaux et attrayants ! je n'ai pas forcément le même centre d'intérêts mais j'aime bien voir les produits et aussi leur présentation, c'est bien mis en valeur. Les crochets, surtout le plus grand, sont pour attacher des rideaux (de façon à ce qu'ils soient semi arrondis), c'est super de les détourner pour y mettre un chapeau ou autre ! la grande bouteille est une dame jeanne, c'est très prisé depuis qq années. Pour sûr, vu le temps c'est dur d'exposer mais aussi de s'y promener. le magasin qui vendait des plaques et ornements de bureau était très intéressant, les petites plaques style industriel pour y mettre une étiquette étaient bien sympa. What a fabulous flea market! It's a shame it started raining. I love the brass hardware you bought and you got them at such a great price. I wish you would have bought the first basket you saw too. You can put it anywhere, even on the floor, and use it to keep anything in - very practical. I have a weakness for lovely baskets and have many but I appreciate all of them. I bought many old bamboo ikebana baskets when I lived in Japan in the early 1980s and they have by far the most sophisticated craftsmanship of the baskets in my collection.
