Pangea was a supercontinent that existed about 200-300 million years ago, and was made up of all the continents on earth.It is surrounded by a global ocean callled Panthalassa.

Formation-
Pangea was fully assembled during the early Permian Epoch, between 299-273 million years ago.

Breakup
Over millions of years, Pangea slowly
broke apart and spread out to form the continents we know today.

In 1912 german artist Alfred Wegrner proposed that Pangea was once a single landmass.
