Great device, after two years still getting updates, recently updated to Android 9.0 Pie, battery last over a day with moderate use and fully charges in 1.5 hours, pretty cool after 2 years!

over all performance is far more better than many Android phones on the market now. especially, it can beats out HTC11 and Samsung S8 on testing how fast to open the real apps in daily life and how good it manages RAM and multitasking.

For me, 4k is useless, to me, side by side a can't tell the difference between 1080p and 4k on a phone sized screen

It doesn't have any STUPID features, unlike competition .. like curved display, like glass back, like fingerprint reader on the back. It's the last normal phone. Well almost, as it doesn't have dedicated sensor buttons.

No Extra unnecessary features like 4K, red infinity display or others.
P10 - just a nice compact phone, ergonomical perfection, quick as f***urious rabbit.

All I've been asking for for years was a reasonably small phone with high end hardware, and I wasn't fully aware I could use some of the phones not available in the US. I'm actually selling my Oneplus 3 to a friend who needs a phone and replacing it with a P10. (was going to get an Honor 9, but it doesn't have the correct radios for my area, but I was worried about the glass back on the Honor 9 anyway)

I'm hoping the P11 keeps the same size but adds more features that the Honor 9 has, like the capacitive touch buttons and IR blaster. And maybe make EMUI a bit more like stock Android, at least in appearance...

In any case, as far as I'm concerned, if the superior alternatives that exist now compared to the P10 are larger than the P10, then they are not superior.

Hello, I have the following issues with my Huawei p10 plus: (dazzling blue)
1. Light washed out area/smudge on the lower antenna line.
2. A shiny object showing through the upper spraker grill, it could be the speaker itself, but it appears as a scratch to the grill.
Do you have or have you notice similar issues with your phones?

I've got one being delivered tomorrow, for what I'm paying monthly there was simply nothing to touch it for price/performance/features, they must be offering carriers some hefty subsidies as it was £15-20 cheaper per month than other flagships. The camera was another draw for me, especially having a dedicated black and white sensor - the only other camera I know of with one is the £6000 Leica M Monochrom.

Bruh I have this phone, and it's absolutely amazing.. It can definitely compete with most snapdragon 835's out there.. But yeah the camera does struggle in really low light situations but I can't complain too much about that.. In South Africa on a contract, it's much cheaper than the galaxy or Sony phones (we don't get honor or one plus phones sadly)..

If you are lucky, your P10 will be in this setting: RAM LPDRR4 and ROM UFS 2.1. Honor 9 on the other hand, will always be LPDRR3 and eMMC 5.1. and that's a big deal for sure.
