Some think having a bad attitude makes them "strong." Then there's the one's think having a bad attitude is part of knowing their worth and being a "bad b."

Honestly Chez, it’s so bad that I’m shocked when I meet a Black woman and she’s pleasant. She really stands out.

I avoid em... and ignore most when I'm out and about....

That bad attitude keeps them single...😮

This is the main reason why most men avoid a lot of black women. There are some decent ones but its like a needle in a hay stack.

I am a cashier at a retail store. A black couple came to my register and the husband gave me a compliment. He said he was watching me while waiting on line and said he appreciated me being so nice to each customer despite the volume of customers. He even noticed I smiled while interacting with the customers. I thanked him but it was a reminder that black women are always being watched. People look for black women to have an attitude or to provide poor customer service and that is so sad.

It's getting so bad for me and their attitudes. I just avoid dealing with them in the customer service arena.

A while back I was flying from Atlanta to New York and happened to misplace my luggage claim tag. The sister at the luggage counter was rude, obnoxious, and so dismissive it was all I could do to stay calm. Bear in mind that I had approached her calmly, greeted, spoke nicely etc etc all to no avail. A latina employee noticed the difficulties I was having speaking to this sister and came over to help. She spoke kindly, and took me to the manager's office where they reprinted me a new luggage claim tag based on the details in my passport. This lady was so sweet and so much of a woman, I was just about ready to cancel my flight and propose marriage to a person I'd known for all of 10 minutes. My fellow sister could have done the same but it was easier for her to be rude and dismissive. I don't think BW appreciate just how poor their attitudes can be, and how it makes folks not want to deal with them. These days I go out of my way to avoid BW especially in the service industry, can't deal with the unwarranted agitation.

As a bm, when in public, i expect contempt from other groups, not from my own. Its depressing and weird.

I think honestly the best answer to this question who cares, being and projecting anger, mean mugging and having a generally bad disposition to an already cold world is a personal problem. And being that way gets you one of two things, fucked up or avoided 🤷🏿‍♂️

I believe that most black women use anger as a protective shield. Unfortunately, there’s a paradox about anger. You live by your anger, you DIE by your anger. Your heart can only tolerate constant anger for so long.

They weren't incentivised not to have guys in the home. The government knew how strong Black families were, so the "no man in the home" clause was added to keep Black families from being able to benefit from the welfare system. It was never meant to help Black families. Problem is that it backfired largely due to BW buying into feminism. White feminists needed BW in order to move the needle, and so they began to tailor feminism to BW. They took a lot of their talking points from the Civil Rights Movement.

Constant anger is also a sign of depression....

Most of them are angry because they have made mistakes and think someone else supposed to pay for it instead of being accountable for their own actions😅 and you are correct 💯

Bad choices made in their lives: living a life of sin ( fornicating ), generational curses, baby daddy(S) no husband, no purpose nor relationship with The Most High YAH.

Black Women are beyond far gone. These conversations are moot.

Italian heritage here, so everyone in the family has this natural ability to talk to almost any one.As my dad’s brother always said sugar will get you farther in life than vinegar. We ran a business in the inner city in San Francisco when I was growing up and I had to go to work for them there was no choice. Not having a father figure around has a tremendous negative effect on both young men and women.

Pandora's Box:

Moms and Aunties teach their daughters/nieces to be sassy because it's "cute", funny, or it makes them "strong.". Girls developing attitudes early and watching shows that reinforce the strong-black-feminist stereotype.
