i have been using this program. Kudos to whoever made it. Just a simple backup/restore ... that's all I needed. I've only seen 2 processes running in the back ground. Is it possible to make a full back up instead of incremental? I didn't find any info on the site about it. Again, kudos to whoever made this prog!!

But-- It is my understanding that unallocated space is actually necessary for use in wear leveling. If unallocated space was not necessary, why would all drives not utilize the full drive size?

My new disk is listed as (Basic Data Partition) still after the cloning. Meanwhile the original says (Boot, Crash Dump, Basic Data Partition). Did the cloning go wrong?

when I dragged my NTFS it barely moved, I only 32MB of unallocated afterwards, so once I dragged D: NTFS it copied everything pretty much not just windows and I have duplicate files that I cannot delete. What did I do wrong?

Acronis USED to be an excellent program, simple back up and restore. They've added so much useless security crap that windows already does. Acronis has 12+ processes running in the back ground..just NOT needed. Hasleo is simple back up/restore.
