I love that Pyro had to pay for the music used in the clip only to have it muted in most countries.

The animated bit by FortressFilms is still muted, and their reupload got copyright struck. Music industry sucks.

theres a really cool detail that im sad nobody noticed it: if you saved up a magnum ammo for the adviser fight, 36 doesnt do his spinning reload animation but slow professional reload animation.

I like the use of “the man who sold the world” a good call back to one of pyro’s most iconic voice roles.

Fun fact:
In the event that you leave Wilson at Arbeit, as in, the very first chance you get to abandon him, 3650’s first line of response to this, where he suggests that torturing Judith is unnecessary, won’t actually play, and he’ll just jump straight to bringing up the fact that she sent a message.

This suggests that his time with Wilson has genuinely started to make him reconsider his more violent tendencies, even if he doesn’t consciously recognize that fact.

The name "entropy zero" is pretty interesting. The concept of entropy comes from thermodynamics. It's a way to account for irreversible changes that transform energy into "useless" heat. At least it's useless in terms of doing work for human designed systems. In general the theory is that entropy always stays equal or increases, it can never be reduced. This is a depressing concept as it implies that all energy in the universe will eventually transform into a "useless" state.
So with that on mind the idea of "entropy zero" is a really hopeful idea. The idea that you can always fix anything and nothing is hopeless.

Rip to the intro cinematic. Man who sold the world really sold me on it, yet now i only hear silence

It's nice that pyro finally feeds his fans a 5 course dinner sometimes instead of just feeding us daily slop.

The fact that Pyro didn't even mention that Scar-Zero (the Combine soldier with a bit of head missing) reappears at the final Rebel assault, is bit saddening :c

He is the only one who survives the Gonome back in Arbeit 1 too.

I like how pyro casually drops one of the hardest SFM animations with one hell of a banger and then we go to the curvy energy drink cup

Only pyro can transition from the most elegantly animated 6 minute long SFM intro into a clip of him reacting to jschlatt TikToks and promoting his gamer girl slop cup

i really like the ending where gordon just one taps you. it feels extremely real. most of the combine elites were once humans that had their own story but of course gordon barreled through all of them with no problem. many of those elites had dozens of kills under their belts, but were just a stop gap to gordon.

One thing I really like about the G-Man scene in Entropy Zero 2 is that 36 is the one to approach G-Man. In every other G-Man appearence he's the one to approach you, stepping forwards from the shadows to offer you some deal. Here, you're the one approaching him while he idly leans over the railing of the Borealis. It's a really cool way to show the fact that 36 showing up really is an unexpected development to G-Man.

WAIT, SO YOU'RE TELLING ME THAT EVEN AFTER HE PAID, THEY STILL COPYRIGHT STRUCK THE MUSIC VIDEO?!

Absolutely wild that Pyro spent 14k to get the rights to “The Man Who Sold The World” just for it to get muted.

Something that Pyro doesn't mention, and I haven't seen anyone talk about in the comments, is that in the apartments, you can find a dead man and woman laying together on a couch, their body positions suggesting that they were a couple. There's also a turret in the room facing them. This implies that they were taking a moment to themselves and using the turret to cover the door. Then when Bad Cop re-arms the turrets, they get gunned down without even realizing what's going on
