The Moonbike should make for relatively trouble-free snow running. Its propulsion system is capable of taking the bike to a top speed of 26 mph. Since it’s electric, you’ll get to experience the Moonbike’s full thrust of 125 lb-ft of torque at the moment you squeeze the throttle, too.

When it comes to range, there are two battery pack options. The standard Moonbike comes with a single 2.5 kWh battery that is rated for 1 hour of use in “Sport” mode or 1 hour and 30 minutes in “Eco” mode. An optional 5 kWh dual battery model doubles those range figures, so you could get up to 3 hours of use on a charge with that model.

A Moonbike weighs just 191.5 lbs with a battery. You can add an optional dual battery to double the range. Like a bike, a MoonBike is just 28 inches wide and can pass through doorways and be transported on a hitch carrier or in the bed of a truck.

Thanks to its size, ultralight weight, and low center of gravity, a MoonBike is easy for anyone to ride.

These things are like 10k plus. You could get two pretty decent normal snowmobiles for that. Waste of money

The front end looks incredibly inadequate. Looks like weak mountainbike forks. No jumping this thing for sure. For $10000 this is silly. Like 2x or 3x too expensive.

I'd pay six or seven hundred dollars for this....the comments are saying 10k lol and I thought one grand for a one wheel was ridiculous. The concept is sick and that's about as far as it goes for me

For 9k and only 1.5 hr of drive time great concept but practicality of having to recharge a lot is a deterrent for me wanting to spend the money for this

0:46 no operational footprint? My grid is met-ed. Charging anything has a footprint. People in cold regions really want to talk to manufacturers of batteries regarding their electric vehicles. A snowmobile with a full tank of gas will take me at least a few hours with a 10 gallon tanks.

Motorbikes are only good in flats with 5" to 10" of powder; they are not good in the mountains. This is a far cry from a snowmobile.
Horrible on hard-pack or ice; actually dangerous. They get stuck in over 10" of powder. This is just a cheap electric mountain bike with a ski. If you want a real snowmobile bike, then get a Talaria MX4 ($4k) with a TrackNGo ($4k), 100% better. My kids, wife, and I tried both and ended up ditching the Moonbike and waiting to take turns on the Talaria MX4 with TrackNGo. Night and Day difference.
Moonbike staff lied to me and said it would make it to my cabin. Nope! It ran out of juice and it wouldn't make it up hills. They said they would allow me to return it if it didn't. Nope! They lied. Really bad company and really bad product = perfect recipe for bankruptcy.

Are you kidding me For that price point to get an that's not even funny it's criminal what a scam. Oh wait you can spend even more for not that much more time. 125 lbs of torque laughable they were that high on the mountain they definitely did NOT drive up there stupid . And electric is shitty in the cold just ask all the new owners this winter.
