Yes. As it's a seldom made dosh, i prefer eating from a restaurant as it will beade right. I don't like making deep fried things at home at it takes a lot of oil.

Chinese for us is majorly adding soy sauce. But i woukd say Chinese ah vida Korean try pannunga. Gochujang, Gochukaro madri spices lam close to South India molaga thool. I try korean often, simple soy sauce, green onion, sesame oil amd molaga thool, Rice syrup and sauce is ready.

Basic starter prep for Chinese meal I a very good quality Soy Sauce! Sesame seeds n obv thalaivaaa shezhwan sauce😅 a good quality tomato sauce. Chilli flakes must and chopped garlics or garlic powder. Apdiye best quality vinegar. No msg
