In this recipe, we assemble our fruit tarts using the sweet pastry dough and our French pastry cream, which we made in videos 1 and 2. I use fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and we cover them with my apricot glaze, which you can make at home by following my recipe, which you can find below.

Great idea to use a mason jar cover as the template!!! excellent for us who do not have the real thing!! Beautiful job sir...looks delicious...what can I use if I don't have apricot for the glaze...can't wait to try your recipe for the cream...I was planning to make a cherry pie on a graham cracker crust w/the cream on the bottom...do you think that would work?

hi . looks amazing . instead of a dough u can make a base of cookies and butter melted. v just have to crush the cookies and mix with melted butter . it looks like a sand type of consistency. and v should freeze it .

hi. i followed the recipe and method. i had the video playing while i make the dough. when i rolled the dough, it came out so buttery and almost like a cream butter mixture and not a dough.... what could have been the problem ?

Hi there, can I know how much vanilla creme does a recipe yield for these tarts? I understand that 1 recipe will yield about 2 discs (roughly 10 ~ 15 tarts of this size)

absolutely love your channel. Can you please add Gas marks to your recipes as I have attempted a few but the degree isnt the same as uk gas mark and it can take double or triple the time to cook. Will keep watching. xx
