Van Halen -- 'Eruption' (2015 remaster)

While my younger self was mostly into top-40 music in the period from 1980-1985 or so, I actually ended up really enjoying Van Halen not long after they released their very first album. Why? I have no idea. It's possible one of my older sisters liked it, as they were into rock music (I remember going to that Led Zeppelin concert film "The Song Remains The Same" when I was eight!) with one of them. So I did have an exposure to rock music at a young age. It just didn't stick (for the most part). Here's the guitar instrumental that introduced the world to the virtuosity of one Edward Van Halen.
