Thank you for your effort in touching base on these myths. As a semi-new career coach, I have seen many of these mishaps in my client's resumes. A suggestion for future video ideas is how to quantify results in labour-type positions, with examples. I find it easier to quantify professional positions as many are mindful of KPIs.

Hi Greg. I don't know if I should enter positions that I did but was not paid for nor was I certified in. It was not my tittle but the responsibility was given to me. Because I assumed, eventually that my boss was going to give me the official title, I did the work for years but the official title was never given to me.
