Menopause is hitting me hard. Weight gain, joint pain, depression, low self esteem.. struggling n can't believe I'm here..not sure where or how to start....love to all the beautiful strong women out there 😊🙏

Used to workout 6 days a week. Scaled it back to 4 one hour sessions per week and feel much better with the more frequent rest periods

I work out 3Xs per 7 day week for 1 hour each time. That, right now, is doable for me. Plus, go on 30 minute walks. I work full time and even those week day work outs are a mental challenge because of fatigue. But, I always feel better after doing it!

So I have been working out and doing strength training pretty consistently, and when I went to the gym yesterday, I thought the equipment was malfunctioning. It wasn’t that. I just had to increase the weights! Seeing progress. Thank you!!!

Thank u Melissa ❤❤❤ I’m 47 and have been struggling… my journey began at 320 lbs and I’m down to 230… I’m 5’7” so I would love to lose about 40 to 50 more lbs… I had been exhausted lately so I did a hormone test and my gyno said my numbers were good except my vitamin D 🤷🏼‍♀️.. I don’t know if I believe that cause I have been having some spotting with my time of the month.. I’m starting to do more strength training instead of 30-40 minutes walks on treadmill and can feel the difference ❤

One hour is the best option. . You don't need hours . Only one hour as long there's show up discipline. Fitness is not complicated

I do strength training 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday and Thursday I do a mobility recovery days and Saturday is a half an hour sprinting day. Monday-Friday is usually a 45 minute to an hour sore of workout.

Yea i set 15 min a day minimum so that I can keep up without much stress:) 3 times a week are enough and if I do 4 or 5 times It’ll be like well done to me:)

I do the 10X program once a week and it gets better results than 3 times a week in a fraction of the time !!!!

I'm very lazy I guess I have 2 hours a day 7 days a week. Cuz I work 4x a week 3 to 11pm ..any advice ? 😢

omg I mean somethimes I have a really thoigh workout session and I cant move for like 3 days. So resting will take over. I work out 3 days a week 2 h session. But some weeks its just one day because My body needs rest. And my metabolism is still high. Work out but also remember recovering is as important to.

When you say 4 times a week I’m assuming they aren’t full body workouts? I do whole body 2 times a week for about an hour each. Maybe not enough?
