Path of Exile 3.24 Necropolis introduced many new unique items including a new unique for each uber pinnacle boss. One of these new items is The Tempest Rising, an interesting addition to the game that will provide much needed utility to melee and Summon Reapoer bleed builds.

To solve ensnaring arrow for melee:
Earthquake/tremble support: your supported slam shakes the earth for x seconds making enemies count as moving while they remain in the area.

You can use Battlemage's Cry linked to a number of skills that leave chilled ground or maybe a brand linked to Overcharge.

Been using this with deadeye and ancestor totems. Rupture, tailwind nodes and mark effect.
Using wilmas helm and 100% increased onslaught effect from raider with forbidden jewels.
Then just going the sadism route of doing the damage faster and making it last longer.
Melts tanky rares, very satisfying. Awesome unique.

I'd love to see them add a unique to encourage people to make a Bleed and Poison combo build, since both can use a physical weapon and benefit from generic ailment damage modifiers and passives.

A few other ways to inflict elemental ailments on a bleed build: Starforge, Shock on Focus Rings, Chilling Presence Cluster Jewel Notable, (Vaal) Cold Snap. Starforge looks pretty good, potentially enabling a crit (Perfect Agony) bleed build on Slayer, with the option of stealing Gratuitous Violence from Glad - Yes, I'm cooking

I never knew they added this, thank you so much for alerting me to this. I think a single tear just rolled down my cheek. Bleed EQ was my favorite build for nearly a year a few years ago but it fell off hard with 3.15 and never got the support it needed. This is the single most impactful thing they could have added, literally bringing the damage of bleed melee builds from pretty bad to actually good. Damage wise this is like adding the staff, Annihilating Light except for melee bleed. I just bought a pair and am now leveling a bleed melee character for the first time in years :, )
Also another method to solve the ailments is built in to slamming with a mace. You can get the mastery that always chills on hit and get a really strong mace and just go with that on EQ which will do the smaller slam followed by the shockwave that will do the large bleed.

Also note that the line regarding you/enemies are considered moving while affected by ele ailments... Note that things like the boot corruptions to easily note buffs that give evasion while moving are also a thing.

I think you should also do a video on how to do a bleed build in POE currently. I'm not able to use bleed for damage builds (at least not beyond say 2 or 3mdps) - instead bleed just functions as a condition for me to get other benefits (such as Double Strike's bonus damage vs bleeding enemies, and the bleed masteries' 80% increased crit chance against bleeding enemies).

would be kinda nice if bear trap also had the "count as moving" debuff, it'd be a pretty jank way to apply it but it doesnt require any weapon types so you could do like facebreaker bleed builds if you really wanted to. just a little bit of freedom not tied to an uber boss would be neat

they should make use of the blood and sand stance to inflict an ensnaring arrow type of effect to enemies be it a keystone or mastery

Don't forget the rare ring mod that shocks on focus, probably the least intrusive way to apply elemental ailment.

Doesn't jugg have an immunity from action speed? So auto chill u active the boots immedialy? EQ bleed?

It is worth mentioning that Brittle, Scorch and Sap are also considered elemental ailments, just not as common to get. I assume they should work here as well.
As for the loot drop problem, if the boots are actually really common maybe its fine if you have to struggle with 1-2 kills and after that you can smooth the build up using a pair.

Really hope you are working on a EQ build. Hoping for a build that utilise Vaal EQ + Soul Ripper for mapping and swapping for EQ of Amplification for bossing. Would be amazing to have a viable EQ build again my favorite skill in PoE
