I hit the job market in 77, people have no idea how bad the Carter era was. You scrapped for minimum wage jobs and mortgage interest was 16%. You can judge the economy by the frequency of freight trains at your local crossing or trucks on your truck routes. All I see in my area are cattle haulers and walmart trucks.

This is what I've been saying. Inflation will be much higher but dont expect wages to follow! It's one thing to have low rates, its another to have them ridiculously low.

I lived through the seventies. I was fooled for decades until I got some economic courses under by belt and read a ton of books on investing and economics. Stagflation was engineered by our government to inflate away the cost of the Vietnam War. They allowed the money supply to outrun the real amount of goods and services in the country. Wage earners who's wages did not keep up with inflation payed off the massive debt while those who held capital like stocks and real estate assets kept up with inflation. When Carter nominated Volcker to the Fed he pushed up interest rates up squeezing out inflation. Sadly Reagan simply inherited that decision and falsely got credit for it. Now you know the truth.

My worry is not deflation, inflation, or stagflation. It is confiscation. Just watch Devin Carroll's video on Social Security Benefit cut.

Checked on the liquid metal battery and it is not 500 degrees but 600 degrees in a shipping container lined in ceramic. It's heat layer on another layer. No longer sure about Bill Gates and Sodwell's concept.

honestly glad this has happened while i'm several years out from retirement. I would hate to be starting retirement with what these clowns have planned. At least for now I still have my job.
