How come there’s no proper tutorial video for heavy duty rat cage trap

I scanned the QR code for a 'how to' video of the heavy duty cage trap and there doesn't seem to be a 'how to' video. The instructions are not clear, I am unsure what is the metal tie holding the setting arm. I removed a cable tie but am unsure if that is all I need to remove. The diagrams are unclear.
