Your company needs to check quality control and provide more easy to understand pictures/videos on fault finding, as the trap I just purchased was just setting off all the time because the spring that lifts the bait board was so weak that the trap release arm would simply slide across the bait board within seconds and the trap door would come down, subsequently making the trap unusable, I fixed it by bending the plate around the side wall stop, bending the spring up to give more tension and then resetting the trap, you need to help customers who would struggle understanding this, with information provided by you.

Yeah, very hard to set. Instructions were extremely tricky and even when set up, it kept closing. Quality control needs to happen.
