Thanks for this video. I wasn't even aware of those tools to prevent arcing. I have a current system that has 10kwh and I plan to upgrade it to 20kw soon. Seeing how you're slightly different system is set up is helpful to see. Thanks!

Great video. Are you fully off grid with your solar power set up or do you supplement with on grid power as well? Do you have a video you can recommend on new homesteaders looking to set up a solar system?

I’m looking forward to your comparison with EG4 which are certified 1973, 9540and pending 9540a for grid tied capability and have full close loop communication ability. BigBatteries aren’t certified but the BMS apparently can communicate with GroWatt inverters.

It appears this 7KWH battery is about the same price as a 14.2KWD from EG4, can you say without starting a flame war why you picked this over that?

How is SOC being measured? Didn’t see anything going from big battery bms to cerbo.
