Why they are talking to young people about how they can reduce thier carbon footprint shifting blame from big corporations, that produce most of the waste, exploit poorer countries that don't have environmental regulations (like limits of emissionsfor CO2, SO2 and etc.) and poor or no worker rights.
It's better to have 5 coal plants in Europe than 2 in china bcs of strict and mandatory regulations and constant monitoring of emissions levels but those "eco" friendly big cropos move everything to china or other poor countries in Africa just because these countries have next to no regulation and dont care about environment until politicians are paid, to consumers which have almost no control of global emissions and mostyl don't contribute to global warming.
