I remember that chapter. Made them feel more realistic. Siblings don't always fight. They get along on occasions.

Aah yes, the average brother sister relationship of trying to sabotage and kill each other until they are on the floor laughing at each other's stupidity.

This moment was so precious in the books because you know it's never coming again

Man this really makes me think about how the show really never let Cersei have any actually beautiful smiles. She only smiles when she thinks a plot has worked. It's a sardonic, bitchy smile. Wish they'd given her a few more human moments

I love these ironies in storytelling. Basically almost every character wants love from their family and had the Lannisters not discriminated against Tyrion and instead put him in high regards then their family would've been in good hands even when Tywin eventually died from old age

Two siblings stop hating each other because another two siblings are about to go kill each other xD

There’s also the heartbreaking scene when she cries from the pressure of Renly and Stannis attacking and destroying her children. Tyrion goes to console her genuinely but she backs off, and that hurt him more than any slap or word she could give him.

I love this moment so much. I love how the one thing Cersei and Tyrion can sort of "bond" over (even if it was only for a moment) was taking joy together in their enemies fighting each other. It's so very Lannister. Also how Tyrion thinks to himself "is this the Cersei that Jaime sees?" Goes to show he understands his siblings so well despite Tywin's constant efforts to drive them apart. It's so bittersweet because it shows at one point maybe they could have had at least a somewhat better relationship. Tywin really was an actual idiot. If he had fostered better relationships between his kids then Jaime, Cersei and Tyrion all working together would be an unstoppable Lannister powerhouse.

I think he also poisoned her so she’d be out of his way for a few days

It's a very wholesome moment. Unfortunately, Tyrion kind of ruins it by slipping her laxative

Imagine if all 3 Lannister children loved and supported each other. Tyrion would.not be so sullen and coldly logical, Cersei would actually be loving and Jaime wouldn't be so arrogant.

They never should have cut that scene, siblings do the weirdest things to each other. One moment you hate each other, the next you’re laughing and hugging then back to hating each other again.

If Cersei had just dropped the perpetual bitch act and chosen to be an actual big sister to Tyrion, the Lannisters would never lose.

"You love your children. That's your saving grace. That and high cheekbones" -Tyrian to Cercei.
