This is what we didnt get with polin. As someone who has not read the books, I rewatched it several times, and at no point did I feel that that attraction was earned. That there was that magnestism. Or that there was real yearning, while they were close, or that there was even chemistry while they conversed. Penelope has more chemistry with that nature guy.

This will forever be my fav Bridgerton story. There were a lot of little subtle stolen moments like this through out each episode that made the story, the connection, and chemistry between them seem so beautiful and magnetic. I kind of wish they didnt rush the ending of there story with the whole have the baby then live happily ever after thing. But i know its the nature of the books to have each story focused on one Bridgerton sibling then move on i guess.

So far it’s Simon and Daphne, Charlotte and George for me.
Simon and Daphne’s built up of their love is based on friendship, finding the common ground to get both what they wanted and eventually overcoming insecurities and loving even those things in the past that made them who they are now

Charlotte and George is choosing to love and be each other’s partner in-spite of and despite of, the love that endures, love that is patient and kind. Love that accepts you for who you are not by what you can get out of it.

Favorite scene, and there were many: Artist trying to paint their official portrait but they were at war with each other. The gorgeous image was on display at the final ball.

Little things like the two of them in the middle of that vast meadow; the way he offered her his arm as they went to greet their guest at the final ball.

This show was really good. Now I must re-watch AGAIN‼️💞

this will always be by FAR the best of all subsequent stories. The Actors Phoebe and Rege were electrifying. None of the other story have had the impact that the first one did.. and its a SHAME that Shonda couldn't work things out with the Actor.. and he got let go..

I couldn’t even watch any of the other characters, knowing that Simone and Daphne won’t be back in the other seasons. I understand that the other characters deserve the respect and the growth of their storylines being viewed/told, but at the same time, Simon and Daphne were such powerful, potent characters that they almost put a spell on the viewer.
