Well, wouldn't this be rather a Spinning Back Fist SETUP video..i would have loved to see you breaking down the full motion of the move itself: starting with the step, the hip rotation, where your eyes go and with what side of those gloves you are trying to hit the target. But still an awesome & informative video as always.

I usually set it up with my jab, no wasted movement and it works really well with mixing in the spinning/jumping back kick. I might jab and step to the right then throw the back kick. The next time i do it they anticipate the kick coming and lower their guard but instead i throw the spinning backfist. But this is good way to do it aswell.

Joe where’s your shoes ?lol, that backfist looks fast, I love backfist me personally think better in side stance works great with sidekick if miss or scuff off, but also good off missed Thai roundkick as opponent rushes in,
