I did the same swap as you, I had a Mgw short throw with a custom long handle on it to be the same height your at and the throw was perfect it was like 6” of throw felt really good

just letting you know tom most tremec transmissions you can fill them with fluid thru the shifter hole, it saves me lots of pain just dumping it thru the top. love the videos keep it up

Tom. To properly fill the LS coolant you should remove the upper hose and then backfill both the block and the radiator.
