Today the Canadian Foreign Minister "Melanie Joly" was heckled and approached by an activist at an event in Canada... Her security detail and the security personnel for the event were very slow reacting to this gentleman, who seemed surprised he was able to get that close to her... Extremely poor response, especially for government official in these unstable times... But, coffee and doughnuts take priority right? SMH...
