Hello Chon, my wife and I discovered your videos last night, and I have to say they are wonderful.
It makes a refreshing change to find someone that actually talks on the videos and not just aimlessly wandering with no information whatsoever.
We have been to Thailand before but never to Bangkok, but we have booked 2 weeks at the Banyan Tree for next October, so we will look forward to watching all of your latest instalments to help us decide what to do with our time and where to sample the best food etc.

I took this trip. Today! I have such beautiful pictures of the river & Wat Pho, Wat Arun & the palace. Street foods at Wang Lang market 2knd stop from the North. Even better, met KKam from Cambodia & Jack selling beer! :) I actually could have spent less buying individual tickets? 30 Baht from the 150 Baht Hop on / Off. Who cares. It was a great idea. Such a treat to see soo many places when a motorbike ride 6 minutes is 100 Baht. Best value & day to get started in Bangkok, thanks!

This was really helpful. For me, I just wanted to go to Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and Wat Arun. I just used the orange flag Chao Phraya Express boat. 16 baht at each stop (you can usually pay on the boat). On a different day, I also used the MRT and got off at Sanam Chai which is a much more direct way of getting to Grand Palace/Wat Pho. Hopefully, this helps someone else out too.
