The corruption within the supreme court needs to be addressed next. Looking at YOU, Thomas, and a couple Trump appointees.

This court does not consider precedents (Roe vs Wade) so, should have no issue upholding the law and preventing an insurrectionist from running

Whether T'rump supported an insurrection is not a viewpoint. It is a fact supported by evidence.

Our constitution forbids those who took part in or supported an insurrection from holding any government office. That is the word of our constitution, not an opinion.

"Let the States decide!" "Take the decision away from the States!" Hypocrites. Vote blue if you ever want to vote again.

Trump himself isn't arguing that he didn't do it.
He's arguing that he's immune from prosecution.
That should be all you need to know.

Precedent: no president has ever been tried before
Precedent: no president has ever sparked an insurrection before

Can you go to the Supreme Court to ask to be on the ballot if you are 34? No. You’re already disqualified.

If this goes to the Supreme Court. Then what is the point in state and federal courts. State courts handle this and get rid of this bum …
