Where's the CMOS battery? If your RTC battery is low why didn't you replace it?

I just gat a new toshiba C50-B14Z and cant find a way to open the dvd drive....After some research i found out the laptop didnt come with a dvd drive...so is there a way i could upgrade the empty dvd to a real dvd drive....reply please
