Quasi-judicial bodies are Non-Judicial bodies like Commissions or Tribunals which can interpret law.They are different from judicial bodiesas they are limited in compared to the court. Example;- Central information commission, National green tribunal, NHRC, Competition commission of India etc
** One statutory body can be both REGULATORY+QUASI-JUDICIAL in nature eg- RBI, SEBI
