John is the COO, Founder and Co-Managing Partner of JID Investments LLC (JIDI) and the Director of KW United Wealth. He has over 20 years of real estate investment experience as an investor and 11 years as a business owner. His focus is on passive real estate investing.
Over John’s 20-year tenure as both a business owner & private real estate investor, he has raised over $40M in capital across a 40+ real estate project investment portfolio, yielding successful and consistent returns on investment for himself and over 250 investors.
JIDI is a real estate private equity investment firm seeking to secure high yield returns by providing investment capital to individuals and businesses with residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects, and/or investments.
KW United Wealth is a select community of like-minded and trusted real estate and financial professionals devoted to growing both personal and professional wealth building experiences, through developing proficiencies, identifying strategic priorities, leveraging new & existing relationships, and executing goal orientated plans to achieve financial freedom.
John is a graduate of New York Maritime College with a degree in Business Administration. He also has a 3rd-Mates License in the U.S. Merchant Marine. After graduation he received a commission as a U.S. Naval Officer. He served honorably as a Naval Aviator for 20 years. In 2008 he received his Master of Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
John and his wife Stacie (of 22 years) have four children, Lauren, who is a junior at Roanoke College, Jack, a Freshman at Hampden-Sydney College, Andrew, a junior at Lake Braddock Secondary School (LBSS), and Charles, a Freshman at LBSS.
