How is it ‘nasty’ people? They’re not bloody well used, scuse the pun. The ones I use are the same size as the old ones, I don’t buy applicator’ pons. They nip my labia every single time. No thanks.

I’m guessing the smaller size is due to no applicator. Which is actually pretty common, & more comfortable to insert, imo.

The old ones don't have an applicator! That style is still sold, most notably the OB brand, and that's the style my mom taught me how to use. I've used an applicator, but I hate lugging around that crap and it's a lot of single-user plastic. Whereas the applicator-less ones are just wrapped in a bit of plastic and can be tucked in your jeans' coin pocket.
