I was a nanny for 6 years during my time in University and I gotta say it was the best job I ever had, I raised two babies from birth and I still keep in touch with the family.

I was a live in nanny all over NY for 10 years. It’s the most rewarding job ever for me because I absolutely loved it! I left my job as a nanny to pursue pediatric nursing.

My moms a nanny and rejects families that she’s not comfortable with even though they pay a lot more. She accepts nanny positions where she feels like she can be a part of the family even though the pay is lower

I had a nanny and my feeling for her is of absolute gratitude. After working for my parents, she worked for my grandparents until both of them passed and she is the most precious person. We are always in touch, I adore her. Unfortunately I didn't have a graduation party due covid, but she was on the list. For sure, when I get married, she will be on the list as well. She knows me since I was 9 months old.

I was a Nanny for 5 years, and it was the best job as i love kids. Up until now we communicate regularly, i was able to travel to diff.countries and go to places i never thought i'd go. Lucky to have employers who treat a nanny as part of their family.

The comments: “This work is slavery.” Also the comments: “I don’t understand why the mom doesn’t want to do this.”

Nannies are such life savers. No amount of money can cover for what they do for us. Thanks so much is all I can say! Forever grateful!

My grandma Gloria was a nanny for 37 years, she was a nurse before that and specialized in multiple births. She worded very hard and her home was filled with the precious faces of all the children she cared for.

I had a nanny/governance. She came from Poland, but had a good education in the UK. She is still in my parents household performing different sort of tasks. I believe she became essential for my family, she knows how mama likes things, ergo she is like a confidante to her. I appreciate all what she has done for me and hope one day she will be a nanny for my children. These professions should be celebrated more for such individuals devote one's life to others.

Our nanny has been with us since I was in the first grade, I believe.. She's still with us now and I'm in the 10th grade now and she's more like family and her daughter as well.

In my perspective, I feel Nannies also have to be cautious. Being around the rich also means witnessing things that may endanger your life. And let's not forget pervert employers that feel the need to sexually molest or harass the nanny.

A lot is involved in being a nanny. Ov course they deserve everything they earn as payment.

We had a part time Manny for our twins, and he was awesome! The kids adored him, at 21 they still message each other at least once a week. After he had to move overseas his sister took over. We all love them, and consider them family.

Norland Nannies have a 100% employment record... Normally you're employed before you have finished the course. Mary Poppins by CL Travers was loosely based on Norland Nannies. The salary varies but can go over 6 figures plus perks. But there is no such thing as a free lunch with gagging clauses pretty standard with the charges you may have. The university is Private and the fees are pretty high as the students are vetted and this aids the selection process.

One must be a Norland Nanny to work for the Royal Family :) I've watched a full documentary on their school and it seems like an incredible education. Even if one didn't stay a nanny all their working years the job opportunities could be endless.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have a Norland nanny. Imagine working for a future king and queen. From what I have heard, she isn't even one of the highest paid nannies in the world but there is much more prestige.

I went for a job interview to become the nanny to the Duchess of Gloucester’s children. The job came with so many restrictions. It turned out that at 21, I was too young for the position. That was 30 years ago!!
