I was a singer in Japan many years & got to know many Yakuza . Every time a Yakuza friend would enter the club I sang at, the theme song from the movie “ The Godfather “, Speak Softly Love, was always requested. A big tip was always in store after the rendition. Once, I was gifted Y 100, 000 for this. The Bel-Ami Club in Kyoto where I was once billeted was a scene of a Yakuza gang shooting in the late 70s. The Yakuza, once they get to like you, can be very good friends indeed.

I am Japanese and I live in Japan.
Now we don't see yakuza easily. Because Japanese government had made a low that Yakuza can't do anything.
What the content is that when someone in the group did something illegal thing, responsibility will go to the top.

Groups you mean but the ones who runs stuff is usually the big three. Yamaguchi-Gumi, Sumiyoshi Kai and Inagawa-kai. They are all structured very differently too. Yamaguchi-Gumi is functioning like a mix of a trade union and corperation with other groups who are like company subsidiaries. Sumiyoshi Kai is very different since they are a federation of smaller groups so has a more "loose" chain of command there are the bosses of the groups that made up the original federation and on top the bog boss who often but not always have the final say and that's why they have been harder for police to attack. Inagawa-kai finctions simillar to Yamaguchi-Gumi but a key difference is that they historicaly been more accepting of Zainichi Koreans and some have even been at the top of the group. Alliances and rivalries are a complicated matter since sometimes part of an organization is allied with another group but another section are bitter rivals with the same group their suppoused brothers are allied with.

This seems like a recruitment video. Due to anti Yakuza laws the Yakuza have been struggling heavily. They are facing the lowest members joining ever. People no longer care or respect them like they used to. Pretty much they have been defanged. Also, the only reason they would take of poor kids/orphans was they expected them to join them once they become of age. This isn't something that only the Yakuza does, the Mafia, the Cartels and the Triads have done this since their beginning. The Yakuza are no different from many other gangs.
