I had to find out exactly what A Appointment Setter does. Kinda thought all the Appointment setter does is make the Appointment date and the sales Agent take it from there.

Hello. How dos the setter track if the appointment led to a sale for the client? Or does one typically just secure bonus on the appointment being set? I would think that it might be possible to capture $$ on both the appointment being set and a resulting sale/service on the clients side.
