My wife and I loved Munich, we actually stayed in the same hotel the breakfast is the best.
We found the very best pizza right off of the Marienplatz but you have to try müeller for pastries and coffee oh and do yourself a favor and go underground at the train station by the Marienplatz it’s like another city. Safe travels from Essence of the keys!

My two teenage sons and I were in Munich in April and even stayed in the same hotel as you. We even got burgers down the street from the hotel late one night, but at a different place than you. We went to Jaqoub's and it was great. The burgers were huge with tasty fries and some great fry sauce. It had a middle eastern feel with music videos in Arabic playing on the tv in the small restaurant. We mostly ate German food in Deutschland, but it was fun going to a unique place like Jaqoub's.

Yes, that’s exactly true what you’re saying - minds go to the negative place. I’m a psychotherapist (online only) and I work with clients all the time helping them to work on that. It served us from an evolutionary perspective. The people who prepared for the worst - tiger attacks or whatever - were the survivors.

But I also tell them all the time - change doesn’t happen inside the comfort zone. Risk is about getting outside - I talk about pushing at the edges of the comfort zone. What does happen in the comfort zone is stuckness - being in a rut - a recipe for depression.

Love the message in this video. I've begun to plan out my bucket list. It really started when I moved to Mexico just before COVID and just like that 2 years went into the void. Although at this point, I'm living in my third city in Mexico and this will be my home. It is time to start venturing "across the pond". A big sign for me was starting to watch your channel during one of my YouTube rabbit hole sessions. The firsts video I happen to watch is one where you start you bucket list in Switzerland! I have a 3 way tie for number 1 place on my list and Switzerland is one (along with Iceland and Norway). Plans are in the works....I've already booked my Fjords cruise for next year.
