Mother Too High to Realize Her 4-Year-Old Fell from Moving Car

On September 15th, 2021, officers responded to a report of a child who had fallen out of a moving vehicle during a U-turn. Despite the incident, the vehicle continued driving without stopping. This is footage of the events that followed.
