You know what I like about Multiverse?

The different species are actually different

It's not like basically every fantasy and sci-fi ever, where the aliens are just a stereotype of humans
They're like, a lot closer to what actual aliens would be

Intelligent species that evolved on their own world, to their unique biology, and their culture reflects that

Also, the aliens aren't just humanoids with different ear shapes and stuff

You have parasites, colony organisms in the form of the Ghosts, lizards, different varieties of plant, sentient AI, an alien race that uploaded their minds into technology so advanced that they're so powerful they're basically gods, and over the infinite expanse of time, have actually forgotten that they aren't gods

And within species there's diversity
Like humans, there are subcultures. Some slugs run massive corporations, some steal via the pirate life, some are more or less honest traders

It's neat

Rocks aren't all theocratic, some are actually atheists

Not all Zoltan are monks
