Absolute Maximum and Absolute Minimum for a Multivariable Function

Показать описание
To find the absolute maximum value and absolute minimum value of a multivariable function, you have to have a region in the xy plane that is closed and bounded. There are 3 types of points that lead to possible candidates for the input variables for the absolute minimum and absolute maximum values: critical points inside the region, extreme values on the boundary and corner points.
