I do believe that a short prayer can be the biggest prayer to God! The shortest prayer in the Bible is Lord save me. Which was very powerful. My Gma is very intuned with her spiritual self. The way I learned was from her. She told me to start off praying from the book of Psalms. And to make it personal. After while you'll be able to do it on your own.

To begin with, pray quietly in your own space without sharing this with anybody.You are not hiding it, You are just privately finding your way. Also
Some of the best prayers for others are when we do them without them even knowing. Eventually you will start to feel the light from your prayer and faith and will draw and be drawn to the right people to share it if you want to.
You do not have to go to church to pray and be close to God.
That is a personal preference. You can be near the Lord wherever and whenever you want, he will always hear you.

I am 13 and have had recent breathing/heart problems. I can admit I am afraid of going to the doctor. Not because of the needles and having blood drawn but more of having to find out what is wrong. I’m afraid of having to accept the fact so I’ve just been trying to pray. It has come on and off so the first time I prayed and prayed and after one last prayer in vanished! But since than it comes back here than there so if you guys could help pray that would mean so much to me! 💕💫
