What does a recruitment consultant actually do

Loving your videos. Always have big respect for someone that actually does something instead of just talking about it. Im interested in starting a recruitment biz but what puts me off us having no idea about how you draw up and present companies with terms and invoices etc. Is everything always in writing i.e. signed documents? A vid on the admin side of it would be awesome.

Thanks for this. What would you say about office space / meeting rooms to interview is it essential to have a workplace setup for interviews for first impressions or is this not even an issue?

Most of the jobs I see are office-based (although I'm still at the start of the job search process), are you talking about being home based as your own company or working for another company?
