In this video I continue the tear down of the 1999 Mustang GT. I removed the exhaust system, driveshaft, starter, and drained the transmission. While doing so the engine was delivered. I also go over all of the parts that we have ordered so far and plans for the future.

If you're putting in a new K-member, it'd be much easier to just remove the entire eng/trans combo with the old K-member and then put the Coyote package in.
Upper starter bolt, long extension/wobble socket from the front ahead of the K-member. Easy peasy! Mentioned on the first video, but that rear suspension is going to need work, and, if you add a PB, you need to realize placement of that F/F.

easiest way to remove the top starter bolt is to first remove the starter solenoid. Once thats out of the way its cake.

Beautiful car, man. Looking forward to watching this series unfold. I have a 96 sn95 but I’d really love to get my hands on a New Edge.
