Asian vs American making tea

I am laughing so hard at this. My husband is Indian, and he taught me the One True Way of making tea. I am now so addicted that I have at least three cups a day.

As a British person, microwaving tea makes me cringe. Coffee shop teas don’t even taste right because the water isn’t boiling. The Asian way looks (I bet smells) amazing!

Love masala tea... but that's too much cardamom in the video... it should be 1 pod per cup... else it becomes too intense and bitter

Chai is good when you have a time to make it and one "espresso size" cup is pretty rich. If you are dehydrated and need a lot of liquids western tea is great as it is basically flavored water.
