The place with the built in apartment is incredible…. Just coming from a fellow Roaster who spends many nights at my warehouse sleeping on a couch …. Having all the comfort and cozy of home is a huge plus …. I would plan it in any property I’d invest in !!!

I live in VT. (Up north in the islands) This state is the place to be. Such a great unique part of the country full of lots of socially conscious folks. And Stowe is busy year round so a good place for a coffee shop. And we need a good coffee in this state. We have a few decent options, but nothing amazing. Watching the coffee being sorted by hand on the table reminds me of how I grew up in the South sorting through bags of pinto beans to take out little pebbles or broken bits of beans. Warm memories of doing that with my grandmother while she told me stories. I wish I was enjoying a cup of your coffee right now- I’ll have to place an order! I wish y’all every success- you’ve all worked so hard to make your dreams come alive. I first “met” y’all when watching either Eamon and Bec or Trent and Allie- can’t remember which. I never dreamed I’d be seeing y’all setting up a business in Vermont! How cool. Love y’all to the moon and back!

I discovered your YouTube channel a few weeks ago and now my wife and I are totally hooked. We started watching all your videos from the beginning and it's now our "real" reality show of our evenings.
You're doing what I now dreamed of doing when I was younger.
And yet, even though we're in our fifties (close to 60) we want to leave Canada to live a more minimalist life somewhere in Mexico or down south. You make Panama sounds so appealing, but we're afraid of the amount of rain and lack of sunshine, if it wasn't for that, we would have booked our flight already... especially for the coffee! 😅
Anyhow, we'll keep watching your videos and can't wait to see what you're becoming today.
